Order Processing & Handling

All orders for the JTR Reveal are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Signature Requirement Upon Delivery

Important: To ensure the security of your high-value purchase, all JTR shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. We cannot waive this requirement or authorize "safe drops" at the door. Please ensure someone is present at the shipping address to sign for the package.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can use this to monitor the estimated delivery time for your signature.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes JTR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Loss Because a signature is required, please inspect the box for damage before signing. If the package appears tampered with, you may refuse delivery and contact us at jtr.nyc@jtr.org .
